Welcome to the Housing Authority of Grant County’s application portal for Homeless Assistance.
Here you will be able to apply for a variety of assistance including: Transitional Housing, Emergency Housing, Housing & Essential Needs rent assistance (HEN), Rapid Rehousing, and a variety of other services offered by the Homeless Assistance team.
If you need help filling out this application, you can call 509-762-5541 ext. 113 for assistance. A team member will be happy to assist you. You may also meet with a team member at our office located at 1139 Larson Blvd, Moses Lake. Business hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 4:00pm, closed noon - 1:00pm.

To qualify for Homeless Assistance services, you must:
- Live within Grant County unless you are applying for HEN rent assistance which includes Adams county residents.
- Be currently experiencing homelessness (ie: sleeping in a vehicle, tent, outdoors, etc).
- Some programs require households to have income below 80% area median income (ami).
This application will take 10-15 minutes to complete. The application will automatically save as you enter your information, however, your application will not be reviewed until you submit it.
Once you submit your application, a team member will contact you via your preferred contact in order to review the information you submitted, as well as, gather any additional information needed to determine program eligibility. It is your responsibility to return phone calls/emails/texts once a team member contacts you.
You may rescind your application at any time after submission.
